The head of the state has specified, that putting off of process of settlement on a hand to Dnestr leaders because they do not wish to leave the posts of the self-proclaimed heads of the given region. The president has confirmed, that is ready to meet Tiraspol leader Igor Smirnovym, but has underlined, that will agree on a meeting only if it will be clear, as it will end. "Intermediate documents are not necessary to us any more. It on a hand only to Tiraspol. All is ready to sit down for a negotiating table and to accept fundamental, base documents", - Vladimir Voronin has declared.
The head of the state has confirmed, that negotiations will be possible only in a format "5+2" and with transparency maintenance in activity of the parties - participants. "It is important, that it was clear, what results of these meetings and what duties of each party will be. These meetings should not come to the end with time projects, the definitive decision should be accepted. All discussions with officials of EU, the USA, Russia, Ukraine are concentrated to a Dnestr problematics, and by common efforts we should come nearer to Republic Moldova association", - Vladimir Voronin has declared.
The president has noticed, that the Russian Federation led by Kremlin leader Dmitry Medvedev supports settlement of this conflict.
