About the new requirements for the production of grapes and wine and the traditions in this area told President Vladimir Voronin, introducing the team's new director of "Moldova-Vin" Tudora Kopach.
The President stressed the importance of the tasks assigned to the new head of the Agro-Industrial Agency "Moldova-Vin", the revitalization of this structure in order to ensure a stable and long-term development of wine industry in line with market demands and state policies in this area.
Voronin recalled that the Agro-Industrial Agency "Moldova-Vin" was created taking into account not only the need for economic development of the wine industry, but also a rich tradition in this field, characteristic for the Moldovan people. Confirming the importance of wine industry for national economy and promote a positive image of our country, the Head of State noted the need to intensify efforts to ensure the implementation of development programs wine sector management in the prescribed manner to the heritage of the country profile enterprises with 100 percent goskapitalom or part of the government, intensified monitoring of product quality.
Vladimir Voronin also highlighted the role of the agency in monitoring and predicting internal and external markets for alcoholic products, promoting the interests of domestic producers in these markets, the development of the market of alcoholic products and beverages nealkogolnyh, the current conditions of national economy. All this is achieved by regulating the relations between actors in the manufacture and sales, development and implementation of economic standards, which provide improved product quality.
