The forum has collected chapters 17 of the states Central and the Eastern Europe, including Austria, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, Slovakia, Germany, Macedonia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Albania, Slovenia, Czechia, Serbia and Montenegro, and also Bosnia and Herzegovina. Similar meetings are spent annually since 1993 alternately in one of the countries-participants. The main theme present - development of regional cooperation in Europe in the conditions of EU expansion.
In third time the President of Republic Moldova Vladimir Voronin has taken part in summit work. After the arrival to Salzburg Vladimir Voronin has met the Chairman of Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borislav Paravachem, then its meetings with the President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Klausom and the President of Republic of Albania Альфредом Моисиу have followed.
On termination of the program of bilaterial meetings of president Voronina together with other heads of the states the Federal president of the Austrian Republic Thomas Klestil welcomed.
