Election of the president is postponed. Communists of Republic Moldova condemn «rough infringement of the Constitution» from the coalition parliamentary majority which has refused on Friday, on September, 30th, to include in the working summons of parliament the projects concerning presidential elections. The given position of fractions of ruling alliance ÏÊÐÌ qualified, as continuation of usurpation of the government.
«The arguments resulted by the legal commission are absolutely ridiculous. They say, that it is necessary to postpone procedure, the optimum nominee on a post of the head of the state will not be defined yet, negotiations» yet will not come to the end, - deputy Syrbu has noted, having reminded thus, that «appointment of date of presidential elections does not depend on these negotiations».
«This today's refusal the parliament, practically, prolongs usurpation of the government from the coalition majority. ÏÊÐÌ condemns this rough infringement of the Constitution, and will continue to struggle for Organic law observance», - deputy Sergey Syrbu has declared on behalf of fraction of Party of communists.
