Ukrainian meal preparation in Moldova. I admire with modern mistresses and, especially, their culinary abilities! However, in practice to be convinced of art it is impossible, but, more likely, is caused by a circle of contacts. But, what recipes meet on pages of newspapers and magazines for these, and only for these mistresses in a heading «Dishes on every day», what culinary books are issued! That for components! As all is refined! Yes, not for me it. Well I do not represent myself replacement of a normal supper by beaters! I do not know how to prepare fua-gra! In the low tastes and an eternal lack of time I prefer usual, clear, our dishes. One trouble always was: there was no imagination and recipes.
But the fairy tale áûëüþ should. My dream has come true, possible to buy the book of recipes as much as possible meeting my requirements: recipes tasty and nourishing; products accessible, habitual. The miracle is called «the Ukrainian cuisine. 500 ancient and modern recipes».
Will not believe, but miracles begin with the first pages. Authors good fellows, have begun the book not with traditional salads, and from fat. You open and understand: kitchen really Ukrainian. And then you read pair of recipes, and you go to meat numbers behind fat and ïî÷åð¸âêîé. And so all is tasty, and, the main thing, simply!!! I yet have not read all 500 recipes, but any of already studied quite can be embodied on usual kitchen the usual mistress.
However, it yet all advantages of the book. The matter is that the edition, apparently, reflected as gift - at least, the book so looks. Magnificent design, the big format, very qualitative paper, with taste the picked up fonts. Many recipes are supplied by colourful photos at the sight of which slobbers flow and in direct, and figuratively.
By the way, has noticed, that it is the same collective which has let out couple of years back book "Moldavian cuisine": publishers Anatoly and Alexander Tisljuk, author-composer Sergey Donika, photographer Valery Korchmar and Vyacheslav Popovskogo's registration. All were together united by publishing house Biblion. Read, prepare and enjoy!
