For a mast and an accomplishment it is spent about 170 thousand dollars USA. The deputy director of Institute of cultural property of Academy of sciences of Moldova Сильвиу Tobacco has reminded history. Sine-yellow-red триколор has been accepted during revolution of 1848. The flag simulated the French banner to show, that Romanians - the Latin people, as well as Frenchmen, and the people risen, supporters of republican sights, the republican states. Only the white strip on the French banner has been replaced by the yellow. The national colours have also a heraldic value: dark blue - colour of air and the sky, yellow - colour of the sun, red - colour of fire and blood. The Republic Moldova banner has the same colours, as national flags of Romania, Andorra and Republic Chad. " In case of Romania it is a question of the same national ethnic триколоре which were inherited by both countries. In case of Chad are a coincidence. At the moment of acceptance the difference between flags of Romania and Chad consisted only in the arms of the Romanian Socialist Republic. In a case of Andorra of colour are heraldic tradition of this state. Between three flags there is no semantic mess ", - has declared Сильвиу Tobacco. The deputy director of Institute of cultural property АНМ has specified, that arms presence on the Republic Moldova banner distinguishes a flag from the Romanian flag." The main conductor of this nation is Romania which has a priority right to this flag. The republic Moldova is a fragment of all Romanian society, therefore can borrow a banner only. Having placed these arms on a flag, we have designated a difference: at us the general roots, but own and later identity in time ", - the representative of Academy of sciences of Moldova has explained. Between flags of Romania and Republic Moldova there are differences and in nuances of dark blue colour, and also in size. The Republic Moldova flag has a proportion 1:2, and a flag of Romania - 2:3. Flags of the majority of the countries of the world have the same proportions, as the Romanian banner, including a flag of the European union. The republic Moldova continues tradition of the Soviet flags, and nobody reflected on that it to change, has underlined Сильвиу Tobacco.
