Moldova can be proud only of that 200 years ago Bessarabia became the centre of national-liberation movement on the Balkans. As has declared Âîðîíèí, expressing of the opinion concerning events of 200-year-old prescription, «it is absolutely clear, that in 1812 it is not simple one empire - Russian - has won Bessarabia from other empire - Osmansky». «There was something deeper: Bessarabia becomes the centre national-osovoboditelnogo movements on the Balkans, base of progress and purposeful legal, social and economic and cultural modernisation. This fact is conclusive! And the book which is presented today - one more argument in favour of this conclusion», - Vladimir Voronin within the limits of presentation has underlined.
