Oppressions in a business environment became norm. It was declared by Leonid Cheresku at a forum of businessmen. The forum is organised by National confederation of patronages of Moldova. The policy has got into all spheres of business, in the country there is no qualitative labour рессурсов and all it against absence of dialogue the power - business. At meeting of businessmen there is Prime minister Jury Ljanke, Minister of Economics Valery Lazar, Minister of Finance Anatoly Arapu.
As the chairman of club of businessmen «Тимпул» has informed at a forum Igor Krapivka, the number of the qualified workers leaving the country, and it grows, in turn, leads to loss of the human capital. And after all professionals in the business promote not only to attraction of investments, but also deduction of investors already working in republic.
Крапивка has noted absence of an effective nalogovo-budgetary policy because of what there is a braking of process of modernisation of the country. Thereupon for situation improvement in a business environment he has suggested the authorities to lower rates of surtax to 10 % for physical persons, to reduce rates of obligatory payments in social fund, components of 29 %, to 2 % a year throughout the next 5 years (by 2018 they should not exceed 19 %). Besides, the chairman of club of businessmen «Тимпул» considers necessary to subtract from the taxable income expenses on repair and a professional training.
- Now taxes do not stimulate businessmen, and corruption frightens off investors. Contradictions between work and the capital remain one of the sharpest, in the country there are no qualified workers and managers-managers, - has declared Igor Krapivka.
Other problems of the Moldavian business he named inefficient bank sector and shadow sector of economy. According to the businessman, its "turn", by indirect estimations, reaches the sizes of two-three budgets РМ.
