The opposition has declared, that she has established mechanisms of falsification of elections after the first checks of lists of voters. "More than 400 thousand voters have been illegally included in lists of voters", - the leader Liberally-democratic party (ЛДПМ) Vlad Filat has declared.

By opposition calculations in spite of the fact that after elections of 2005 the population of Moldova was reduced, the number of the voters included in lists, artificial has been overestimated by the ministry of information development more than for 20 percent. As the candidate of parliament from ЛДПМ Vyacheslav Negrutsa has told, in comparison with elections of 2007 the quantity of voters in the basic lists has increased on 357 thousand persons, and 117 thousand more have been brought in additional lists. If earlier the parity of number of voters to the population in Moldova was at level of 60 percent on these elections this percent has jumped up to 76.
Филат has informed, that in area Kahul the opposition meanwhile was in time has checked up 28 sites for voting (43 percent from the general number), and already as a result of this check the quantity of the forged voices has exceeded 10 percent from the general number of voters. It is a question of the persons voting without instructions of given documents, undersigning for others, "dead souls", the voters who are absent in the country, but included in lists.
The leader of Liberal party (ЛП) Михай Гимпу has told, that, by results of partial check of three areas, has been revealed 566 persons voting on some times, 3280 persons who have identical nameplate data, but different surnames, 1600 persons voting without documents, 1500 persons voting under documents on which it is impossible to vote. There are cases when the persons who are abroad, and even voted there, "voted" as well in Moldova. Many basic and additional lists of voters are not stamped, that also gives the big open space for manipulations, including at recalculation of voices.
Урекян has declared, that before elections it has been illegally printed 150 thousand bulletins for voting and over 100 thousand identification cards and loose leaves to them ("фиши") which were used by communists for falsification of elections.
"Elections have been stolen by communists. Not without reason they have hastened to forbid through court opposition access to lists of voters. In access to lists we test the greatest difficulties in Kishinev. We know, that one of the most mass falsifications have been carried out in capital sector Рышкань", - has told Урекян.
"It only the investigation beginning. We will prepare the detailed report which will expose falsifications on elections", - has told Филат.
The opposition намерена to present this report in КС and to the international organisations.
"If КС will cancel results of elections, that, according to the law, very quickly, within two weeks, with the same participants, a repeated election should be held. If so to happen, communists will go on them with the press" Thieves "on a forehead", - has told Filat.
