Any offer from opposition on the agenda wasn't accepted. About 15 offers were made by socialists and communists, but the parliamentary majority has rejected everything. From 95 present deputies from 56 to 60 voted contra.
After the report of the Chairman of the parliament Andrian Kandu the majority has voted for the declaration on "Political stability of modernization of the Republic of Moldova". Has voted without opinion of opposition.
In protest, after speech of the party leader Igor Dodon, the fraction of socialists has in full strength left a meeting. Igor Dodon has declared that "socialists don't want to participate in this performance". "You prt as the tank which was dismantled from a pedestal by your minister Anatol Shalaru. You don't want to leave in an amicable way, you choose "horror endlessly". Means, there will be to you such horror", - Dodon has declared, addressing the parliamentary majority. He has noted that organizers of protest actions have decided to refuse for a while them and didn't begin to carry out mass demonstration in day of convocation of session.
"We thought that during a break in session work you have seen reason. But we see that it hasn't occurred. We will continue to try to obtain the - early elections. Also I assure you, current session of parliament will be the last, early elections will take place in the fall", - Dodon has emphasized.
He has criticized the Declaration on stabilization and modernization which was adopted by parliament on Thursday.
"It is paper which is addressed to foreign partners to elicit and further the credits and grants. The present authorities - as addicts with a cap in hand elicit the next dose. They can't carry out reform as they in this case cut a bough on which sit. Don't trust these liars!", - Dodon has addressed representatives of diplomatic corps.
He has emphasized that in the document "nothing is told about release of the state which is taken by Democratic party and is operated by oligarchs". He was supported also by the deputy from Communist Party Oleg Reydman who has reminded that "The Communist Party since 2012 speaks about the occupied state".
"The state is occupied, today doesn't tell about it only lazy. You speak about reforms, but people are felt sick from the word "reform", and in it by your merit. The agreement on association can't be implemented as the Bible, it should be analysed, something should be postponed, and something should be introduced, but not to approach it mechanically, repeating as spells", - Reydman has declared.
With criticism to the majority and the offered document also the vice-chairman of Liberal democratic party Vadim Pistrinchuk has acted.
"It is a pity to me that the parliamentary majority has begun to function thus. I not absolutely understand colleagues who have agreed to support this majority. However, in society it is much told, why and as they have agreed, but was it was necessary to lay down certain conditions for this purpose. What's the use, that good laws are adopted if shots haven't exchanged. Who is capable to introduce these laws?!", - Pistrinchuk is perplexed.
